Crawford VFD to Hold Dedication Ceremony and Blessing of Newly Purchased Fire Engine
Fri. Jul 6th 2018

On Wednesday July 11, 2018 at 1900 hours, the Crawford Township Volunteer Fire Dept invites you to join them for the dedication ceremony and blessing of their newly purchased Fire Engine.

The new engine is a 2003 American LaFrance Fire Engine numbered as Engine 44. Engine 44 was purchased by the department utilizing fundraising money to replace the former Engine 47; which was a 1982 Seagrave the department had purchased from Virginia Beach many years ago.

The department decided to give the new engine a special look and are dedicating the new engines paint scheme to its members past and present who have battled cancer and to all the citizens we serve as a sign of hope and strength.
